Sense of Everything

I look up at the sky, but have no feelings of anything... I smell nothing, taste nothing, hear nothing, all I am able to do is look at my surrounding in a daze. I open my mouth to scream, but nothing comes out. I feel tears prick my eyes, but know not where my hands are to wipe them away... Finally, my eyelids close down...

What is this... what is wrong with me? The screeching of wheels, the squeals of cats, the voices of everything around me and yet, my sense of everything else is completely gone. It seems as if a truck is racing toward me, but even though I hear the crash against me and the crush of my bones, I feel nothing, and taste no blood in my mouth. Then...

I think I get this cycle now... only one sense at a time am I allowed to embrace. Now, what is it, taste eh? There's an iron stench in my mouth, probably from the blood I got a little while ago. I spit it out, only to have my mouth full of seawater. My mouth is unable to breath, and I struggle violently but have no idea what I am doing. Change my sense! Change, change dang it!

I can finally feel now, and pop myself out of the water and into land just in time. It appears that I'm panting, but I'm not sure. I feel around, touching branches, grass, flowers, and bark. I keep crawling forward, but still... I wonder when the last sense will come, sense of smell...

I smell it... I smell it! The romantic scent of flowers, the fresh scent of grass, the salty air of liquid. I turn my head, enveloped by even more scents and began to wonder why I was in this ordeal. Was this a test, or was it used to show how important our senses are and how much we take it for granted? I began to fully understand as, one by one, my senses fully come back.

Chapter 1 of...

All I saw was the blood of the nations, the blood of innocence, the blood of love. The hand reached forward, grabbing a handful of rainbow hair twinkling in the starlight. I hear the scream of ten-thousand voices, the cry of lost ones, the inevitable death of kindess to the world. The trigger pulled, all is lost... The world ceases to stop, the sky turns black with hatred, time ticks with its hands that can pierce through anything... I look down at myself... myself...
Red, red, red... All I see is a blood red all around me. Stop... please stop this world from spinning again!

Turtles

Ah, the turtle! What a unique animal we have here! Clumsy on land, but if your turtle is a water turtle, you would obviously know its grace underwater. To keep a turtle as a pet requires care and attention, but probably not as much as, say, a gerbil. Turtles need not be taken out of their cage every day like other animals, but still needs water and food, whether a land or water turtle.
Of course, it is possible to hold your turtle once in a while, but excessive touching can be harmful to it. Thus, it is recommended that you do not get it out of its cage unless you need to change the cage.
The turtle cage needs to be changed at least once every three weeks, although it could vary depending on the turtle's health, the filter's quality, and many other variables. (Post is still incomplete)

The Gerbils

Gerbils are very interesting and unique animals and are great pets. They are native to the desert so they do not excrete that much waste. They are not extremely difficult to care for and rewards you with hours of fun with it, once he/she is accustomed to you. Obviously, water, food, bedding, and a cage are a must for this pet, but the results will not disapoint you. I'm not expert at caring for gerbils, however. If you have any tips, tricks, or things you want others to know, post it here. (Post is still incomplete)

Animalia

Animals as pets have been around for thousands of years. They are a source of enjoyment, peace, and excitement. To hold a live in your own hands is an important and difficult challenge, but the results have a high potential to be rewarding. That is, if you do not twist your mind into doing the wrong things. I would like to place facts about animals, how to care for them, and anything related to pets. If you would like to contribute, simply post a comment. Have fun!

Empty...?

Hey everybody. I would like to know what you would want me to add on this blog. Anything will do, just whatever seems fit. I don't have many answers myself, and your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

When Minds Collide

This is the place in which you can allow your mind to speak for itself. Release it from its prison, and write down what it says to you. There might be meaning in it, love, hate, humor, anything one can possibly imagine. Now... Close your eyes, and TYPE
